Love this move! Scoliosis-friendly version🔥❤️
Even though I can't load my spine with the Smith Machine bar, I can still get a lot out of this movement 🍑💯!!
Using my VHT Glute Band:
✔️90lbs on stack - bilateral (band at hips)
✔️70lbs on stack - single leg (band at thigh)
(Those really challenge core strength/balance).
