Love this move! Scoliosis-friendly version🔥❤️

Even though I can't load my spine with the Smith Machine bar, I can still get a lot out of this movement 🍑💯!!

Using my VHT Glute Band:
✔️90lbs on stack - bilateral (band at hips)
✔️70lbs on stack - single leg (band at thigh)
(Those really challenge core strength/balance).

Knees feel unstable during RDLs? This simple tweak will help.👇

Placing a small Pilates ball between your knees is a great tactile cue to keep your knees in place.

🔹 Adductors fire up — creating tension through the entire hip complex
🔹 Pelvis finds better alignment — the gentle squeeze cues a slight posterior tilt
🔹 Hinge pattern improves — you stay stacked, stable, and in control

First time using the VHT🍑Band… and Mandy loves it 💕🎉🤩

I stopped by her gym to demo the band and we ran it through a few moves:

• Sumo squats
• Deadlifts
• Split squats

She's got 30lbs on the cable stack and she is holding 30lb DB - she loves the resistance the band creates (comfortably) keeping her glutes under tension and fired up throughout the lift 🔥

Feeling more quads than glutes in your split squats?

🔳Short stride → more knee flexion = quads work harder.
🔳Longer stride → more hip flexion = glutes firing!
