Share with family and friends. Needed more now than ever. CarePlus New Jersey's: 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams
Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT) are available to respond to non-life-threatening mental health, substance-related, or suicidal crises in the community. 988 crisis counselors can make referrals to MCORT after assessing the individual in crisis. This statewide program operates 24/7, every day of the year. MCORT teams specialize in de-escalating crises and stabilizing individuals in their community, followed by referrals to appropriate local services. Whenever possible, MCORT will be dispatched without law enforcement, ensuring a calm, supportive response when it’s deemed safe.

As we roll into 2024, we wanted to remind you that we do have virtual visits Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 8am to 8pm with our partners at Vanguard. If you call after hours there will be a phone number given to call directly or press the option that will guide you directly to them. With so many people sick this time of year, we hope that you find our collaboration resourceful and give some peace of mind to you all.

As you may or may not be aware, our Practice has partnered with Forge Health for Behavioral Health.
We are happy to announce we have a new Team member from Forge Health who will be in our office on Mondays and Wednesdays and will have remote availability.
Welcome Angela Molnar, LSCW!
She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I had the pleasure of meeting with her and I know she will be a great asset to our patients.
December 2022 she will be incorporated into our Practice and we are thrilled.
It is a match made in heaven.
We believe behavioral health and Primary Care go hand in hand.
When you struggle mentally everything else struggles as well.

I wanted to share this. I thought it was sweet and needed to be passed along. A school in California did a Pep talk project with young children. If you call (707)873-7862 you will be able to listen to kindergarten school kids giving motivation or words of encouragement.

We have some exciting news to share. We're collaborating with Vanguard Medical Group primary care providers to offer you eCare video visits when our office is closed on Saturday & Sunday's and some Holidays. A telemedicine appointment with a Vanguard provider can help when you have a common medical condition, like a cold, flu, COVID 19, headache, pain or digestive issue.

Access with eCare video visits can be done from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop. Be sure to have your camera and microphone enabled.

This new collaboration will begin Saturday November 19, 2022.
We look forward to offering this new service to expand our access to you.
