Performance isn’t linear.

Your strength, endurance, or speed can swing ±15% on any given day.
That’s up to a 30% difference — without you getting weaker or less fit.

Factors like:
- Sleep
- Stress
- Nutrition
- Recovery
…all play a role.

So if you feel “off” today? It’s not failure. It’s just fluctuation.

Train consistently, not perfectly. That’s how progress is built.

We’re excited to announce a new edition to our team!
Physical Therapist:
Lauren Wagner PT, DPT

A graduate from the University of Utah’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and proud Husky alum from the University of Washington, Lauren brings fresh energy and evidence-based passion to her clinical practice. She specializes in vestibular rehab, concussion management, balance and fall prevention, and running rehabilitation. When she’s not helping patients regain confidence and function, you’ll find her out on a run, biking, or planning her next travel adventure.

Fun fact: She completed the Tri-Cities Half Ironman less than a year ago (Sept 2024).

It’s always a great day when we see one of our clients on the podium!

Andrew ran a 27k trail race over the weekend with over 3500 ft of elevation.

He was dealing with an Achilles injury after his most recent Ironman race, and has been able to get back to it and is killing it!!
