"As this chapter closes, I’m stepping away from my spin teacher era with a heart full of gratitude. What a sacred journey it has been - one of growth, devotion, sweat, music, and shared energy. Teaching here didn’t just shape me as an instructor, it deepened me as a performer, a leader, and just as beautifully, as a forever student of life.

Every class was an exchange of energy, a reminder that we rise together, that movement can be medicine, and that presence is the real power. I’ve learned so much by holding space, by listening, by allowing myself to evolve, and by being taught right back by every single soul who rode with me.

I will miss the community, the laughter, the quiet moments before the beat drops, and the collective exhale after we give it our all. Though I may be stepping away, the love, lessons, and connections remain woven into me.

We are a local yoga studio located in Walla Walla. We believe yoga is inclusive, evolutionary and need not be complicated. Most of our classes are practiced with soulful and energizing music.
