Spring into Wellness with Us!
At Wellness Massage & Lymphatic Drainage and Blue Mountain Wellness | Integrative Mental Health, we believe that true wellness is a balance of body, mind, and spirit. As the days grow longer and the sun shines a little brighter, it’s the perfect time to refresh your self-care routine and nurture your whole being.

Here are a few simple tips to support your mental and physical wellbeing this season:

1. Move with Intention
Take a daily walk, stretch in the morning, or enjoy a dance break—movement is medicine for both body and mind.

2. Breathe Deeply
Pause for a moment of stillness each day. A few slow, mindful breaths can reduce stress and help you reconnect with the present.

3. Stay Hydrated
Your body and brain function best when you’re hydrated. Add a slice of lemon or cucumber for a refreshing twist.

4. Unplug & Reconnect
Limit screen time and spend a few minutes each day in nature or with loved ones. Connection heals.

5. Prioritize Restorative Care
Massage therapy, lymphatic support, and integrative mental health care can all play powerful roles in your wellness journey. You don’t have to do it all alone—we’re here to support you.

You are worthy of wellness. You are capable of healing. You are not alone.

Let’s bloom together.
With care,
The Teams at Wellness Massage & Lymphatic Drainage

Start your morning with intention—for both your mind and your body:

For Your Mind:
• Take a few moments of stillness before reaching for your phone
• Set one positive intention or affirmation for the day
• Practice 2–3 minutes of deep breathing or gentle mindfulness

For Your Body:
• Hydrate with a full glass of water
• Do some light stretching to wake up your muscles
• Fuel up with a nourishing breakfast to support your energy

How you begin your morning sets the tone for everything that follows.
Honor your rhythm. Move gently. Start grounded.

How Often Should You Get a Lymphatic Drainage Massage?

The frequency of lymphatic drainage massage depends on your health goals and individual needs. Below are general guidelines to help determine how often you might consider scheduling a session:

• For overall wellness & mild detox: Once every 1–2 months to support circulation, immunity, and general well-being.

• For post-surgery recovery (e.g., cosmetic or orthopedic): 2–3 times per week initially, then tapering as swelling reduces, typically over 4–6 weeks. Always follow your surgeon’s recommendations.

• For lymphedema or chronic conditions: Often recommended 2–3 times per week as part of a complete treatment plan. This should be guided by a certified lymphedema therapist and may include compression, exercise, and skin care.

• For stress reduction and relaxation: Weekly or biweekly sessions can provide gentle support for the nervous system while enhancing lymph flow.

Good Night from Blue Mountain Wellness & Wellness Massage & Lymphatic Drainage

As the day winds down, we invite you to slow your breath and soften your body.

A consistent evening routine can work wonders for both your mental and physical health. Here are a few gentle reminders before you drift off tonight:

For Your Mind:
• Unplug from screens 30–60 minutes before bed
• Journal or reflect on 3 things you’re grateful for
• Try a calming breathwork or meditation practice

For Your Body:
• Take a warm shower or bath to relax tense muscles
• Sip a caffeine-free herbal tea
• Stretch or practice gentle movement to release the day’s tension

Quality sleep begins with intentional rituals.
Your body heals. Your mind resets. Your spirit restores.

From our hearts to yours—rest well.
