Starting February 28th Rachael will be offering TWO, yes two, classes Saturday morning! She will be offering her beginner Hatha class at 8 am and a great open level Vinyasa at 9:30 am. See you then!

Class info:
Hatha Level 1:
a foundational slower-paced yoga practice designed specifically for beginners or those seeking to refine their alignment. It focuses on building strength, flexibility and body awareness through held, essential poses, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques. This class will include seated, standing and balance poses using props for accessibility.

Vinyasa Open Level:
a dynamic flowing practice that synchronizes breath with movement, suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. This class will focus on building strength, flexibility and mindfulness through creative, varied sequences. Modifications with the use of props are provided allowing students to tailor the intensity to their own skill level.

February Calendar Update

We have a couple of changes to our February schedule we want to share with you all.

We will no longer be hosting CRR with Tina, as Tina has moved on to Vers Fitness Studio. We’re so grateful for the time she spent with us and wish her nothing but the best in her next chapter!

Yogalates on Thursdays will now be replaced with Yoga Flow. If you've been to Monday night yoga, they will be Very similar! Same day, new class style!

Thank you all for your continued support, and we’re excited to move into February with these updates. See you soon!

Happy Monday, everyone!
This week we are settling back into a normal routine for the New Year! Emma is back on Monday and Thursday at 5:30 pm with yoga, Tina is here with CRR on Tuesday at 5:30 and Saturday morning 8 am, Veronica is here at 5:30 pm on Wednesday with STRONG, Mind Body Breath with Margy is here on Sunday morning with gentle yoga at 9 am, and Rachael is here with her second official (!) yoga foundations class on Saturday morning, 9:30. Hope you all have a lovely week and we hope to see you there!

We are so excited to welcome Rachael Clark-Krusemark as our newest yoga instructor. In her own words, here is Rachael's yoga story:

I’ve been curious about yoga since I was a kid. Growing up in rural Montana in the 1980s, there were no places to practice and no way to learn poses so I spent hours in our living room holding my versions of gymnastic poses my babysitter taught me. (I’m not even sure how I learned about yoga in the first place.) My first legit yoga class was at a wellness retreat at French Gulch Farm and Garden in 2018 with Emma Marlow. After that I was hooked!
I currently hold certifications to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga. My practice has been shaped by multiple influences, including an immersive month in New York City studying under a variety of teachers in both Vinyasa and Iyengar traditions. This experience was like no other. At one point while walking to catch the subway to the next studio, yoga mat slung over my shoulder, I thought, “Here I am, a country girl from Montana traveling solo. Traipsing from one yoga studio to the next. In New York City. Yeah, this is pretty bad ass!” I guess you could say yoga made me fearless.
I believe yoga is for anyone who wants to practice—regardless of experience, level, body type, or preferred style. Yoga will change your life for the better! The first step is showing up.

New Year, New Class!
We’re excited to kick off 2026 with a brand new Yoga Foundations class with Rachael Clark-Krusemark beginning January 3rd. It will be every Saturdays at 9:30 AM
Perfect for beginners, those returning to their practice, or anyone who wants to focus on the basics and build a strong foundation.
No experience needed! Just bring yourself and a willingness to move, breathe, and feel good.
Start the year feeling grounded, supported, and refreshed. We can’t wait to see you on the mat!
