Schedule Update for Gentle Yoga!
Starting in November, our Sunday morning Gentle Yoga class at the Wallace Wellness Center will now be held at 9:00 AM (it was previously at 11:00). We hope this new time makes it easier for more of you to join us!
This class offers a slow, mindful flow that’s perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a gentle way to move and reset. Each session ends with a relaxing singing bowl sound bath to help you leave feeling grounded and calm.
Come start your morning with peace and balance. We’d love to see you there!
