Prism Triangle Update — Setting the Record Straight:
We had a temporary equipment issue last week and subcontracted a portion of samples to another licensed laboratory, which is completely allowed under Michigan CRA regulations.
Here’s the part we didn’t expect:
The subcontracted lab chose not to release the completed results in a timely or appropriate manner — causing delays outside of our control.
We moved fast, tried to keep all the testing process smooth for our precious custmoers , and sent it to a different accredited lab that completed everything correctly. We will be fully caught up and fully operational within 2-3 days.
We’re not here for games, competition drama, or unprofessional behavior from other labs.
We’re here to serve growers and processors — fast, accurate, and compliant.
New safeguards are already in place so no subcontractor can ever cause a bottleneck again.
