Comprehensive Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Care also offers a wide range of non-surgical services, including physical medicine, as well as the orthopedic geared urgent care. The urgent care is open in our Wallingford and Southington locations, offering after hours care at the Wallingford office. Happy first day of spring! 🌷

As the weather warms up, more people are getting back to yard work, sports, and outdoor activities. It’s a great time to move more, but it’s also when we tend to see more injuries.

Here’s how to stay active and avoid setbacks this season:
✔️ Warm up before any activity
✔️ Ease back in. Don’t go from 0 to 100
✔️ Use proper equipment and footwear
✔️ Take breaks and listen to your body

Six months ago, this patient had a knee replacement with Dr. Charette. Today? Perfect parallel turns down the mountain. ⛷️ Dr. Charette doesn’t believe the only answer to knee pain is activity modification. He believes in getting you back to movement.
