🔥🐴 Welcome the year of the Fire Horse 🐴🔥

Throughout the existence of mankind, we have found symbolism and a deep connection to the animal kingdom. Historically horses have shown us how to find grace, embody empathy, and deepen intuitive connection to our surroundings and our relationship to Spirit. In the Chinese zodiac the fire horse represents passion, transformation, and freedom. Galloping from the year of the snake, where we shed old ways of being, and into the year of the horse encourages confidence to begin anew, embracing change, and easing into a time of rapid growth and expansion. Gather for a spiritual journey into the Chinese Lunar New Year as we welcome the year of the fire horse. Deonna will guide you through transformative yogic movement and breathwork to move and release stuck energy, making space for the magic and abundance coming to you this year. Movement will turn to stillness as you rest in a guided horse spirit journey supported by sound and reiki. Closing with an elemental ritual and an opportunity to share your experience with a loving, sacred community.

Picture yourself, blissed out, moving the body, energetic shifts encouraged through mudras and motion, and resting in a soothing guided sound journey through the chakra system. mudra:
[muh-dra] noun.
a sanskrit word meaning ‘closure’ or ‘seal’;
hand gestures that effect the flow of energy in the body.

Embark on a spiritual journey, learning about mudras and the ways in which they could enhance your self care practice and heal the chakras. Beginning with stillness and breath to bring us back into our bodies and a collective oracle reading to awaken connection to the spirit realm. Moving into gentle yoga poses to ignite stagnant energy, followed by a flow that will create some heat, and ending with restorative poses to calm the body to prepare for rest, integrating mudras into yoga poses that will realign and balance the chakra system. Finding awareness of the energy body and each chakra during a restful guided meditation and transcendental sound bath. Closing with the opportunity to share and decompress in a supportive community before returning to reality.

🌀 a divine self care invitation 🌀

Take some time to realign physically and energetically during this reiki enhanced earthy yin yoga and sound healing journey under January’s New Moon in Capricorn. Beginning with a collective oracle reading, intention setting, essential oil infused breathwork, and a new moon meditation. Mindfully moving and resting in deeply restorative earthbound yin poses to release tension in the soft tissue of the body while reconnecting with the self. Allow yourself to be held with the healing touch of reiki as you rest in each pose for several minutes. Closing the experience with a guided sound journey that roots you down to Pachamama, the Divine Mother Earth, and encourages you to release what no longer serves you. The Earth transmutes and transforms what you have released while creating space for the abundance that this new moon welcomes into your life. Gather under January’s Full Wolf Moon in Cancer for a flowy, cosmic lunar experience that connects you to Mama Cocha, Spirit, and the self. Beginning our spiritual journey with a collective oracle reading, aromatherapy enhanced breathwork, and a magical cacao meditation.
