We know how important it is to have high quality services available close to home, where it matters. We also pride ourselves in investing in the future and accepting many nursing students from the local area to give back to our community. We offer a variety of services, including primary care and substance misuse management for opioid addiction and alcoholism. We also offer trigger point injections for chronic pain, nasal ketamine (Spravato®) for treatment-resistant depression, and medical ma*****na card certification.
