Let’s talk about the truth about wine when you’re on a diet—because pretending it doesn’t exist isn’t a strategy.

Here’s the honest scoop:
• Wine isn’t “bad,” but it does count
• Liquid calories add up fast (and don’t keep you full)
• Alcohol can slow fat loss and lower inhibition (hello extra snacks 👀)
• One glass can easily turn into three if you’re not intentional

That said, this isn’t about cutting out joy.
