In coaching we use experience as the prime mode of teaching. Here's the breakdown on how it works:
1. ID goal or the change you wish to make
2. Pre-game the next experience. For instance, you want to enjoy a party without overdoing it. You'll hash out what you plan ahead of time. This way you know how you plan to do things differently.
3. Experience that party and do you best to stick to your game plan.
4. Spend at least 10 focused minutes reflecting on the experience and how it went. Did it work out? Did something not work, and why? What can you learn from this? Do you want to do it a littler different next time? I highly recommend doing this with a journal, a partner, or a coach.

At Evolved I help you achieve the level of health and wellness you desire without sacrificing all of the “less than healthy” things you love to enjoy (chocolate anyone?). I offer a variety of services including: custom meal plans, nutrition coaching, and educational programs.

Re-balance-> Your body is designed to constantly adapt and maintain a balance (homeostasis). Unfortunately, many of us are out of balance and therefore suffering from anything from low energy to chronic health conditions. Improving your body’s ability to achieve homeostasis makes getting healthier (and losing weight) easier and more sustainable.
Food-> Our body has multiple systems to regulate weight, metabolism, hunger, fullness, and so much more. When we eat the right foods ,these systems are able to function properly. This makes getting healthy and staying healthy significantly easier and more enjoyable.
Metabolism-> Many factors effect your metabolism. I work to optimize your metabolism so that you feel great and reach your goals at the same time.
Strategies-> Everyone is different and what works for one person, may be different than another. I work with you to develop not only the diet that is best for your body, but also the strategies and habits that make it easy and delicious for you!
