Notice where you’re holding.
Jaw.
Shoulders.
Belly.
Heart. ❤️
Holding creates tension.
Tension signals the body: something isn’t safe.
But the body is wise.
When we allow release, it remembers neutral.
It remembers calm.
This is the practice.
Tension.
Awareness.
Release.
Again and again —
