The deep breath in creates pressure and containment, and the exhale with sound is the release — completing the cycle the body often interrupts under chronic stress.

💕 Find what place, person, activity, or sense (smell, taste, sounds, texture) that brings feelings of security, safety, and desire for uninhibited living-you may need to work up to this if it seems impossible to fathom right now.

🤔 The more you can visit this safety, the more the “I’m safe” sensation will grow and build a safe relationship between your mind and your body.

❤️‍🩹Allowing safety to be felt from yourself, allows the body to Receive love from others. And know when it is NOT receiving what it needs.

🧬 The WAYS you love yourself signal energetically how you want to be loved from the outside!

🧘🏽‍♀️ Every time your body feels safe enough to get out of the mind and lost in an activity, somatic healing can happen.

✨ The more opportunities you give the body to feel innately safe, the more somatic healing will occur.
