Hi, I’m Nicole — welcome to Divine Somatics. ✨

For over 20 years, I’ve been immersed in natural medicine, always searching for what truly supports healing at the root.

What I came to see is this: so much of what we’re taught about healing often misses the wisdom of the body.

I fell in love with somatics when I began understanding the connection between the nervous system, stored emotion, and the body’s natural ability to release what has been held. When burdens soften, energy can move again. And that changes everything.

This work is about coming home to the soma — the living intelligence of the body.
