This week’s featured product is Herbed Butter Cracker Panko and let me tell you something: if you like crunch, this one is a little dangerous. 😄

The product page describes it as extra crispy, all-natural, and flavored, perfect for meat, fish, stuffing, or even tossed into a salad for fast flavor and texture. It also notes that it’s made from crustless bread baked at high temperatures for maximum crunch, then infused with herbs and rich butter-cracker flavor with a touch of salt and pepper.

Translation?
It makes just about anything more interesting.
Sprinkle it. Top with it. Crust with it. Get that golden crispy goodness going and suddenly dinner is giving a whole lot more.

This week’s Just Tell Me What to Cook is:
Apricot Glazed Chicken Thighs with New Potatoes & Asparagus.

And yes, it is just as good as it sounds.
Sweet. Savory. A little warm spice. Tender chicken. Spring asparagus. Baby potatoes. One sheet pan. Minimal drama.

This is exactly the kind of dinner I love this time of year:
fresh and delicious, but still ridiculously easy.

Because I don’t know about you, but the less cleanup I have standing between me and dinner, the more likely I am to actually make it. Happy to share the recipe- just ask!

Today’s recipe throwback is Mediterranean Sautéed Steak Tips — and if you need a dinner that feels a little more exciting without requiring a culinary degree, this is it.

The recipe page describes these steak tips as juicy, tender, and seared with bold Mediterranean flavors, and honestly that’s exactly the appeal. Better yet, it takes just 5 minutes of prep and about 10–15 minutes to cook, which makes it a very solid choice for real life.

Serve it on its own, over cauliflower rice, or next to a crisp salad and suddenly dinner feels way more put together than the amount of effort required. The recipe page literally calls it restaurant-quality results at home, and I can see why.

This week’s Tuesday Tip is for anybody whose dishwasher has been working hard… and maybe smelling a little suspicious.
Yes, my friend. It might be time.

How to refresh your dishwasher for spring:
• Pull out and clean the filter
• Check the spray arms for gunk or buildup
• Wipe the rubber seals and door edges
• Run a hot cleaning cycle with dishwasher-safe cleaner or white vinegar
• Sprinkle a little baking soda in the bottom afterward and run a short hot cycle if needed

Why bother?
Because a funky dishwasher can leave your dishes less clean, your glasses cloudy, and your kitchen smelling like something is quietly plotting against you.
A clean dishwasher works better, smells better, and helps your whole kitchen feel fresher.
Which, frankly, is the kind of spring energy I’m here for.

This week’s featured product is one of my springtime ride-or-dies: Luscious Lemon Oil.

It is bright, fresh, light, and absolutely perfect this time of year for sautéing vegetables, finishing fish, making chicken sing, or turning an ordinary salad into something you actually want to eat. On the product page, it’s described as a lemon-infused oil that works beautifully for salads, fish, chicken, pasta, pork, shellfish, roasting and sautéing vegetables, and even baked goods.

And if you really want to make magic?
Pair it with my thick, rich Balsamic Mosto Cotto.

That balsamic is hand crafted in Modena, Italy and is described right on the page as thick, luscious, sweet, and more like a syrupy balsamic reduction than a sharp vinegar. It’s fabulous on salads, grilled fish, chicken, shellfish, pasta, and even fruit.

Together?
Honestly, that combination can’t be beat on just about anything.

Today’s throwback is a good one: Eggroll in a Bowl.
This recipe went viral a few years ago, and honestly? I get it.
It’s fast, flavorful, low carb, and scratches that takeout-ish itch without making you feel like you need a nap and stretchy pants immediately after. On the recipe page, it’s described as having “blown up like wildfire,” and it comes together with just 5 minutes of prep and about 20 minutes of cook time.
And unlike some versions floating around the internet that look good but fall a little flat, this one was specifically written to bring the flavor. It uses ground chicken or turkey, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, Wok On seasoning, a little Valencia Orange Oil, and sesame oil for that perfect finishing touch.
If you haven’t made this in a while, this is your sign.

If you want to be a better cook immediately, I have two words for you:
Actually… four. 😄
1. Mise en place
A fancy French phrase that really just means:
get your act together before you turn on the stove.
Chop the veggies.
Measure the ingredients.
Read the recipe one more time.
Find the garlic before the pan is smoking and you’re digging through the drawer like a raccoon in a dumpster.
Fifteen minutes of prep can buy you an hour of ease.
This is why meal kits feel so calming, by the way. Everything is ready. Nothing is frantic. No mid-recipe scavenger hunt. You can create that exact same feeling in your own kitchen without the box and the markup.
2. Clean as you go
Listen. I was not always this person.
For years, I cooked like a tornado in lipstick. Dishes stacked up, counters were a mess, and the next morning I’d walk into the kitchen just wanting coffee and be greeted by last night’s chaos glaring at me. Not cute.
Now? I wipe spills when they happen. I keep a bowl nearby for scraps. I let warm soapy water do its thing while I cook. I put tools away the second they stop earning their keep.
The reward is not moral superiority.
The reward is that your kitchen still feels like a place you’d actually like to come back to tomorrow.
Want to be a better cook?
Get organized before you start… and don’t leave yourself a crime scene when dinner’s over.
