We’re looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing teams across multiple locations in Contra Costa region in California!

Whether you’re an experienced RBT or just starting your journey as a BT, you’ll receive:
Paid training & support to help kids with autism thrive
Flexible scheduling in a compassionate, trauma-informed environment
Pay $25 to $27 per hour plus bonuses

Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday):
➤ +$10.00 per working hour
Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later:
➤ +$5.00 per working hour
