For centuries, priority was singular, reflecting one main goal. But as society evolved, so did our expectations, giving rise to “priorities”—multiple competing demands that left us juggling more than ever. Today, the pressure to keep up can lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout. Studies show that chronic stress not only affects mental well-being but also contributes to physical health issues, with nearly 77% of people in the U.S. reporting physical symptoms caused by stress and over 40 million adults experiencing anxiety.

Samantha felt this overwhelm firsthand, pushing herself to match the efficiency of her computer and social media feed, only to end up feeling broken and exhausted. Through Behavioral Fitness, she learned that her nervous system wasn’t failing her; it was responding naturally to an unsustainable pace. With newfound self-compassion, she reconnected to what truly mattered, aligning her life with peace and purpose.

Behavioral Fitness offers a path for anyone seeking relief from stress and a more sustainable approach to well-being. It’s about prioritizing quality of life, gaining new insights, learning how to apply them to pave a more peaceful, sustainable and more fulfilling path forward. ☮️💗🌻

This week at Behavioral Fitness we held a member spotlight event featuring a “meditative art practice” led by one of our Behavioral Fitness members. Kim shared parts of her journey reflecting on where she’s been, where she is now, and how Behavioral Fitness has helped her rediscover herself. She shared how part of her journey included finding her way back to art, and a part of herself. What a gift to hear her story and take part in this amazing meditative art experience.

At Behavioral Fitness we talk about “operationalizing compassion”. When you go through an experience and have some sort of awakening it’s not unusual to want to reach out and help others. We are making this more possible in our community by bringing people together to share the therapeutic experiences that have helped them heal, that helped them rediscover themselves in new ways, and helped them realize that life could be better than they imagined possible.

We are creating a ripple. 💗💗💗
This is only the beginning.

Check out the 1.5 min video from this week’s Meditative Art experience.
