Weekends shouldn’t feel like something you need to recover from.
They’re your reset, your chance to slow down, breathe deeper, and come back to yourself. It’s not about doing the most, it’s about doing what actually gives you energy. A slow morning, a good workout, time outside, meaningful conversation… the kind of things that don’t drain you, they fill you.
The goal isn’t to pack your schedule, it’s to leave space. Space to think clearly, to feel grounded, to enjoy your time instead of rushing through it with people you want to spend it with.
By Sunday night, you shouldn’t feel exhausted or behind. You should feel steady. Clear. Ready for a good week ahead.
So this weekend I:
•Went on long walks with Korey
•Worked out every day
•Had dinner with friends
•Stayed on my sleep schedule
•Went to the Farmers market
What’s your reset weekend look like?
