Out of all the ways to deliver hormone therapy — here's why I often recommend pellet therapy.

Creams and injections create peaks and valleys. Your levels are high after the cream, lower by evening. Injections feel great for a few days, then not as good by end of the week.

Pellets are different. In a quick in-office procedure, a small pellet — about the size of a grain of rice — is placed under the skin. It releases a consistent, steady dose of bioidentical hormone over three to six months.

For a lot of patients, that consistency is the thing that finally makes them feel right. No highs, no lows. Just stable.

It's not the right approach for everyone — and that's what we figure out together. But for many of my patients, it's been a genuine quality of life change.
