Happy Birthday to my beautiful girl. 🎉

Every year you grow a little taller, a little wiser, and a little more yourself… and every year I swear I can still see the 6-year-old version of you. The one sitting at the kitchen table covered in glitter and glue, proudly showing me the latest batch of homemade slime like it was the greatest invention in the world. 💚

Even though you’re growing up, a part of you will always be that curious, creative little girl in my eyes. And a part of me will always be standing there, watching you with so much love and pride.

Getting to be your mom is the greatest gift of my life. I’m endlessly proud of the person you’re becoming, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you next.

Happy Birthday, my sweet girl. I love you more than you’ll ever know. 💕

It’s spring break! 🎊🙌🏻

As the spring flowers begin to bloom, it’s easy to celebrate the beauty we can finally see. But long before the blossoms appear, the roots have been quietly doing their work through the fall and winter—growing, strengthening, and holding steady beneath the surface.

The roots do the heavy lifting when everything looks still.

And when fall comes again and the flowers release their petals, the roots remain—steady, patient, and alive underground.

Healing can be like that too. Much of the real work happens in the unseen places… in the quiet seasons, in the tending beneath the surface. And when the blossoms appear, they are simply the visible expression of the deep work that was already happening.

We are two psychedelic-assisted therapist, holding space for women to heal, expand, and transform. Being invited into these journeys is something we never take lightly – it’s an honor to be trusted in such vulnerable, powerful moments, and while the medicine supports profound change in the women we work with, it changes us too. Every circle, every story, every breakthrough… We’re transformed along side them.

If the story you are standing in asks you to shrink, scares you, and requires you to tolerate what your body has already rejected, it is time to consider leaving.

You may call it loyalty, patience, or giving it one more chance.
But your nervous system knows the difference between challenge and misalignment.

You are allowed to exit the narrative that requires you to disappear in order to belong. If you ever find yourself in the wrong story, leave. Please leave.

And hear me clearly.

This is not trite advice. Leaving is not easy. In an abusive situation, it can be the most dangerous time of all. It requires planning, support, strategy, and timing.

Leaving does not always mean dramatic escape. It can mean gathering evidence.
Saving money.
Building allies.
Waiting for the right door to open.

If you are in something unsafe, move wisely. Move supported. Move protected.

You are not required to stay in a story that harms you.
