When you’re scrolling through old photos and find a gem 💎
This result was achieved using PDO threads only, to gently lift and elevate the tip of the nose.

These days, I love using a more customized approach — blending threads, a touch of filler, and a bit of neurotoxin to refine and perfect the shape.

Still one of my favorite transformations… clean, natural, and timeless ✨

A great reminder of how far technique has evolved — this patient was treated using PDO threads alone to elevate the nasal tip.

While this provided a beautiful and natural lift, my current approach often combines PDO threads with small amounts of dermal filler and targeted neurotoxin for enhanced balance and definition.

Combination therapy allows for subtle structural support and more refined long-term results.
