We can spend a lot of time and energy working on identifying our triggers and healing our traumas. I’ve been pretty quiet for a while, but I posted an update on my substack yesterday.

I’m still healing.
I’m still in transition.
I’m still trying to process where I’ve been in order to sort out where I want to go.

So the work involves gradually learning how to notice and observe the inner voice as it comes up rather than attaching to it.

Then slowly, with time, the inner voice will have less power over you, which will make it significantly easier to develop a more supportive and compassionate inner voice. 💕
