Our Story

B12 LOVE (formerly Got Vitamin B12) was established in the Mission District of San Francisco in 2013.

Dr. Shannon Wood Gallegos, a Naturopathic Doctor and licensed midwife, began administering Vitamin B12 injections during the mid 2000’s to pregnant and nursing mothers. She found it to be a safe way to increase energy, support immune systems, and improve anemic states. Due to its incredible efficacy, she began offering injections to all of her patients. In today’s society, people are exhausted, stressed, and have difficulty sleeping (especially the San Francisco Bay Area). Dr. Shannon believes that these safe and effective injections should be readily available to everyone without the inconvenience of a doctor’s office. The 3 hour “B12 Happy Hour” was created to bring these powerful injections to you, without the need for an appointment or a prescription.

Today, B12 LOVE proudly offers 20+ B12 Happy Hour locations across the Bay Area. We offer a robust menu with 20+ signature injections and have a team of 30+ talented team members. But, we wouldn’t be able to do what we love without the LOVE and support of our 10,000+ amazing clients!
