MATERNITY LEAVE STARTING AUGUST 25TH!

It's been almost 8 months since I've posted anything on IG. Instead I've been focusing all of my energy on a new project...growing a human!

I have chosen not to tell clients until now because when someone comes to see me I want them to be focused on what they need and their healing and not what's going on with me. Well now, as you can see from the picture, my baggy work shirts aren't so baggy anymore so I figured it was time to officially announce!

I will be starting my maternity leave on August 25th so get an appointment booked now if you want to see me before I go!

And don't worry, I will be back!

I am constantly looking for ways to make your massage experience with me more luxurious, relaxing, and therapeutic. A few months ago I upgraded my massage table to a hydraulic spa bed! Made in the USA and ADA compliant, this table is wider, softer, and fully adjustable for maximum comfort and safety.

I also started providing low-level light therapy. Known as photobiomodulation, low-level light therapy uses blue, red and near-infrared light to boost a myriad of powerful metabolic healing processes within the body.

I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge of massage therapy and to bringing you more healing options such as these. To continue to make this possible, I will be increasing my prices starting Jan 5, 2022.

It also helps them with sleep! Blue light used in the mornings suppresses melatonin while red light used in the evenings increases it!

That must be why I always fall asleep while using it on my face. My clients also comment on how relaxing they find it.

The more I learn about low-level light therapy the more amazed I am at how powerful it is for healing and I love being able to incorporate it into my client's massages!
