Susan Wondrusch is Hillendale’s Senior Client Care Manager and brings more than 25 years of experience in senior care and client support across the Bay Area. She is known for her compassionate approach, her deep knowledge of care needs, and her ability to guide families through even the most complex situations with clarity and warmth.

At Hillendale, Susan oversees new client assessments, quality assurance visits, and ongoing support for both families and caregivers. She has a gift for building trust quickly and making every client feel seen, understood, and cared for.

Outside of work, Susan loves to sing, spend time with her husband, son, and daughter, and dote on her dogs. Her heart for caregiving shines through everything she does, and Hillendale families often say she feels like an extension of their own family.
