We offer a safe place to land, to deepen into sacred feminine practice, ceremony, and sisterhood.

Sanctuary Sunday is happening this morning! Today in our ceremony we are attuning to ‘Her’, the deep wise inner voice inside of us that always knows the way.

She has been suppressed and not trusted and lost over generations, but Her voice is the one that is needed more than ever right now.

Turn the volume down of all the outside noise and expectations, and listen to what She wants you to know.

Tomorrow we gather for Sanctuary Sunday.

This is not a typical women’s circle. Don’t get me wrong. I love all kinds of circles, but Sanctuary Sunday is different.

It is sacred. It is a touchpoint with your soul. It is moving through a portal from your everyday life to a deeper place where you can hear your truth.

It is leaving this world for a while, and dropping into the quiet waters of your soul.

It is meeting other women on the other side of this portal and sharing from a deep space within.

Where we only speak from our wisdom. Where we only share what is real. Where we take off the mask that we so easily hide behind and show up as our true selves.

It is sacred sisterhood.
It is sacred feminine ceremony.

We arrive in silence. We drop into a deeper sense of self through guided journey, music, breath, and ceremonial sound. We share, but not through story or he said she said, but rather, through our wombs. Through the truth that bubbles up inside of us and aches to be spoken. We witness each other in our truth.

Each gathering we go on a different journey to touch and remember different aspects of ourselves. This Sunday we will be deepening into connection. I believe connection with ourselves and real community is the medicine we need right now.

It is hard to put into words what happens in this sacred space because this gathering is an experience. Something to feel. Something to recognize and remember in your body.

I think of every offering at Her Sanctuary as a collective woven prayer.

Each truth we speak,
each voice that is witnessed,
each candle lit —
is a prayer for us to remember who we truly are
and to find the courage to rise and meet this moment in time.

We are needed more than ever.

This week we are hosting our first Ceremonial Sound + Lounge with the stunning Francine .real.redefined …

This is not your typical sound bath! We weave in sacred feminine ritual, connection, and a sense of being held deeply in sisterhood.

This is a nervous system reset, sanctuary for your heart, and a way to be immersed in like-minded community.

Introducing Team Her Sanctuary!

Our special pack of sacred feminine leaders is growing. Her Sanctuary is a collective, a woven lattice, of many voices and many gifts. Our circles weave together our gifts to make magic.
real.redefined Francine is a stunning artist and sound healer. She’s stepping in as Mama Sanctuary and my right hand woman. She’s also offering Ceremonial Sound Baths and you will often get to receive the magic of her bowls at Sanctuary Sunday too.

Sarah is our Tarot Queen bringing her magical decks and wisdom to her Tarot and Tea offerings + more. Last night we had our first Tarot and Tea Ceremony and it was so much fun!

More magic is brewing behind the scenes… stay tuned.

I know there’s so many people wanting the opportunity to experience and visit Her Sanctuary + to see the space and get a sense of what we are creating!

This month our doors are open to all for a few very special events that will give you time to visit, experience, and sink in to the magic!

On October 10 at 7pm we have a Tarot, Tea, and Tour night. Come meet us, sit in circle, pull some cards, and enjoy a cup of tea.

Sanctuary Sunday is happening on October 12 and 26. This is the very best way to step in and experience ceremony with me and the deeper sense of community and connection we are building together.

Friday, October 23 we have an open Late Night Lounge. .real.redefined will be playing her singing bowls, tarot cards will be there to pull, and of course tea on tap!

See that stunning floral installation in the corner? It was created by my friend and sister Rachel . It is the most stunning piece of wild feminine expression.

Roots drop down, wild living ivy wraps the roots, dried roses and hydrangeas and moss and more flowers dance with the ivy. Wild, raw, feminine perfection. Thank you Rachel for bringing your touch to Her Sanctuary.

Last night we had our Opening Circle. We wove a collective weave of intentions for this space as she crosses a threshold and welcomes women through her doors.

Her Sanctuary is a collective vision, one that is being born in so many women’s hearts right now. It’s for all of us longing for deep connection to each other and our wild feminine hearts.

Come visit and feel the magic. We have a few offerings in October open to ALL.
