Our Love and Light Reiki Circle, happening this Wednesday night at 7:30 pm at Unity of Walnut Creek.
You’re warmly invited to an evening of deep rest, stillness, and gentle reset.
While we won’t have a sound bath this time, I have a beautiful, calming playlist to support the Reiki energy and help you fully relax into the quiet wisdom of winter.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and restore—no doing, no fixing, just allowing. Let the Reiki energy hold you as you release tension and settle into a cozy, nourishing pause. Like wrapping your nervous system in a warm blanket. ❄️🕯️
