—> Before swinging a club, it is essential to warm the core and hip flexors so that your swing is more fluid and powerful. These five dynamic exercises will free up your range of motion and release tense muscles so that you can hit your lowest scores yet!
1.) Standing Arm Circles - 2 positions (forward/backward) of 40 reps
2) 3-Position Toe Raises - 3 positions of 10 reps
3) Hip Flexor Abdominals - 2 sets of 25 reps
4) Standing Windmill - 4 positions of 10 reps
