We are located approximately 9 minutes from downtown Pleasant Hill, unless you run into significant traffic. If you take the freeway, it's better to ignore Google maps and take the Pleasant Hill north exit off of Highway 24 – unless you're coming in around when Acalanes High School lets out at 3:05 PM. If Highway 680 is backed up, you might want to try the Pleasant Hill Road route instead.

Based on lab results and your symptoms, we'll come up with a 6 month plan for preserving / restoring your health. We'll meet once per month to discuss the plan, your progress, and we'll make adjustments as we go.
