We often see people who are dedicated to healthy living, including a healthy, primarily organic diet, regular movement and activity and are focused on lifestyles that promote good health and yet... they are still struggling with persistent health issues. Omicron is inhabiting bronchial and GI tissues at a much higher rate, with much greater ease, so pneumonia and brocialitis are serious related risks with this variant.

Be careful during the holidays; social distance, wear a mask, wash your hands, avoid large indoor gatherings, especially where these precautions are not being followed.

In the meantime, we will be closing up next weeks for several weeks of R & R over the holiday break.

We’re in trouble, folks. Contamination of food & water supplies- even gmo free, organic, biodynamic, grain-fed, antibiotic & hormone free, etc.- has been ongoing, but fire and drought, along with increasing chemical exposures, make for a dangerous and even deadly combination. Be aware and be careful out there.

Early this spring, water bills arrived with notes urging Fort Collins Utilities customers to conserve. The Colorado customers may have thought the issue was persistent drought in the U.S. West.
