Yep, I get it…

It really suck feeling stuck- No REAL results. 🫤

But … have you been rationalizing your excuses like a pro?

What are Rationalizations? A Rationalization is a fake excuse that sounds legit. It’s your brain lying to keep you comfortable instead of pushing forward.

Things like:

“I’m doing ALL THE THINGS” … but are your really?

“t was just a “little dessert” or I deserve a treat after a long day – besides I’ve been good all day” (ignoring that all week was just two days of vegetables) Or I’ll really start tomorrow, Im too tired or too busy to workout.

Time to look in the mirror get brutally honest and TAKE ACTION.

Why wait for January ? You’ve got November + December to Crush some goals! It’s not too late.
