Live 2 B Healthy® is a leader in the Health and Wellness field specializing in on-site customized group fitness classes led by Certified Personal Trainers. We conduct classes in senior living communities and local organizations including: Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Senior Centers, Churches and Independent Businesses throughout the United States. All of our classes held at senior communities are free to the public as a community outreach program. Everyone who attends the class can look forward to improving strength, balance and flexibility while boosting mood and lowering stress. Live 2 B Healthy also brings real value to any Corporate Wellness Program with our "Staff Fitness" program.
