**Camper Trailer Catches Fire, Burn Victim Airlifted**

At approximately 5:55 am, Paragould Emergency Services received a call of a camper trailer on fire at the intersection of Hwy 141 South and County Road 755. The occupant of the trailer was reported to have suffered burns. Deputies, along with Western Greene County Fire, AMMC Ambulance Service, and Survival Flight responded to the scene. While the WGCFD tended to the fire, a landing zone for the helicopter was set up at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. The helicopter just left the scene with the patient, however, emergency personnel are still on scene. Please reduce speed and use caution if you are traveling in the area for the next hour or so.

Survival Flight 9 was honored to be a part of the Lawrence Healthcare County Health Fair and Touch-A-Truck community event in Walnut Ridge, AR today. It was a great time of collaboration with Lawrence Healthcare, partnering with other community first responders to bring education and awareness to children and families about emergency responders, and the vital roles we all play when we come together as one team.
