Our Administrator and Director of Nursing returned from the annual Southern Administrative Services Leadership Banquet inspired to drive growth and excellence within our exceptional team. We celebrated two outstanding achievements this week: earning a 5-Star rating from CMS and recognizing two team members for their remarkable contributions. Marilyn Brown, CNA, received the prestigious Mother Teresa award, a testament to her extraordinary compassion and dedication, standing out among 2500 direct caregivers. Leonna McEntire, COTA, was honored as Clinician of the Year by Procare for her tireless efforts to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services to our elders. We take immense pride in these individuals, and their recognition is a tribute to our team's exceptional caliber and commitment to excellence. Let us acknowledge and celebrate their achievements, reinforcing their well-deserved recognition and inspiring a culture of excellence.
