Hi everyone this week we are doing a promotion on our new pumpkin smoothie bowl! This fall treat is not only delicious but nutritious! The base is made up of pumpkin, banana, almond milk, vanilla protein, oats, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice. Banana and pumpkin are both high in potassium, fiber, vitamin B and vitamin C. Maple syrup is a natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Almond milk is a great source of calcium and vitamin E. Oats are excellent for digestive health, skin health, they also reduce risk of heart disease. The bowl is topped with banana, coconut, granola, peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon.
