Life is full of challenges & transitions at any age, some expected and a lot unexpected, some temporary and others long-term or permanent. You may be faced with anxiety, depression, anger, or other emotions that feel difficult to control and might get in the way of daily life. No matter the circumstances, each life challenge affords us an opportunity to adapt, grow and heal in our lives. You do not have to face your current life challenge alone; it can take a great deal of courage to seek support or ask for help and that strength is to be admired. Providing a safety net of validation, empathy, and humor, I use a variety of psychotherapy tools and modalities to meet your unique goals. No matter your age - child, teen or adult - I will strive to honor your strengths, respect your challenges and support your needs.

I am so blessed and grateful to have stumbled upon the wisdom of Thich Nhat Hanh during my spiritual healing and journey. I am saddened that he has left his physical form and trust that his legacy will continue to thrive in the hearts and souls of many, such as myself.
