Caring for a loved one at home, but need extra help?

Respite care at the Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center (SPVCLC) offers a safe, supportive option—especially for our many Vietnam-era Veterans. We provide short‑term stays of at least 30 days, giving caregivers time to rest while your loved one receives care, engaging activities, and the dignity they deserve.

SPVCLC is also the only Veterans’ nursing home in Colorado, located on the same campus as a hospital. Colorado residency is not a requirement, and we are open to honorably discharged Veterans, spouses/widows/widowers, and Gold Star Parents.

🌄 Located in a peaceful setting surrounded by the Southern Colorado Plains, Spanish Peaks Mountains, and across from Lathrop State Park.
