Judgement Free Prescription Drug Take Back & Narcan Distribution Event

One week from today, we’re partnering with the Walterboro Police Department , and Colleton-County Sheriffs-Office to help keep our community safe. Bring your unused or expired prescription medications (including pet medication) for safe disposal—no questions asked. Properly disposing of medications helps prevent misuse and protects our environment.

Colleton Pillars4Hope we also be onsite providing free Narcan, a life-saving medication that can reverse an opioid overdose and save a life.
