Aquilla “Q” Dewbre is a passionate wellness professional from Lubbock, Texas, blending massage therapy, fitness, and holistic health. A valedictorian of his massage class, Q brings both skill and intention to his work, inspired by his wife’s 15 years in the massage field.

He also holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel & Restaurant Management, along with certification as a Personal Trainer, giving him a well-rounded, whole-body approach to wellness.

A devoted husband and father of four, Q is rooted in family, faith, and community—and yes, he’s a proud Texas Tech Red Raiders fan ❤️🖤

🌿✨ Exciting News at Helping Hands Wellness! ✨🌿

Let’s give a warm welcome to Aquilla “Q” Dewbre 🙌 — our new apprentice/student therapist beginning his journey in the world of massage therapy! 💆‍♂️💚

Q is currently offering FREE 1-hour Swedish massage sessions 👐 as part of his hands-on training. All we ask in return is that you fill out a short evaluation form 📝 at the end of your session to help him learn and grow.

🗓️ Schedule:
📍 Tuesday – Friday
⏰ 2 spots each day: 2:30 PM & 4:00 PM

✨ These are student sessions, so please join him on this learning journey and be part of his progress toward becoming a licensed massage therapist. Book as many as you’d like — after all, you can’t get too much massage! 🤣💆‍♀️

🕒 These complimentary sessions will be available until December 19th, before Q takes a well-earned holiday break 🎄 and prepares for his state board exam in January 📚.

🚨🚨🚨POLICY INFORMATION 🚨🚨🚨
PLEASE READ AND SHARE!!!!
As you all know I don’t mind if you send someone in your place for your scheduled appointment IF you let me know by the morning of the appointment.
I’ve been having WAY too many clients show up that I wasnt expecting. If this happens anymore I will NOT take the appointment and I will ask them to leave.
The reasoning behind this is every client is unique and you all have different preferences. I tailor each session to that specific individual. I read and go over my VERY detailed notes and if im not prepared it creates a stressful and chaotic energy for me. I am extremely professional, detailed, thorough, and it’s not fair to the client receiving the session because I feel I’m giving a terrible session.
So please let me know who is coming.
