Your wrists probably need this... trust me!

Add these 4 movements in after a long day on the computer:

1. Wrist circles - 5x in each direction WITHOUT your forearm moving
2. Grip squeeze - 30-60 seconds
3. Weight bearing - can start on all 4's (hand and knees) weight shifting
4. Wrist flexion pushes - 10x with fingers in each direction

Your 21st century wrists will appreciate the TLC
