We’re so excited to recognize some of our Q3 award recipients from our incredible Guide Teams! Throughout the year, our Guide Teams come together to acknowledge and celebrate their hard work and dedication. Below are descriptions of the awards that are presented.

⭐The True Blue Award - This award honors one Senior Guide each quarter who exemplifies excellence, professionalism, and our core value of treating members and colleagues like family, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional care.

⭐The Rockstar Award - This award recognizes a T1 or T2 Guide each month who consistently shows up, stays in sync with the team, and delivers high-quality performance.

⭐The Compassion Counts Award - This award recognizes one Guide each month who leads with compassion—supporting teammates, positively impacting members, and living out our core value: “Every member is family.”

⭐The Outreach Excellence Award - This award recognizes one Member Outreach Specialist each quarter who demonstrates strong attendance, team engagement, and collaboration, while consistently meeting appointment conversion goals and excelling in QA and outreach quality.

Our People Team gathered in person this week for their annual retreat, and the energy was contagious. While they’re usually spread out across the country, moments like these remind us how powerful it is to connect face-to-face, share ideas, and celebrate the culture we’re building together.
