AFC Urgent Care Waltham is a state-of-the-art urgent care center providing high-quality, convenient, and affordable walk-in medical care to Waltham and the surrounding communities with no appointment necessary. Our highly-trained, board-certified physicians treat non-life threatening illnesses and injuries in adults and children of all ages - from cuts and sprains to fractures, colds and coughs. We accept most major insurances and have on-site laboratory and digital x-ray equipment capable of producing results in minutes. Additionally, we provide occupational health and workers compensation services for employees and employers, same-day school and sports physicals, as well as vaccines necessary for international travel. We are located at 1030 Main Street and are open every day from 8am to 8pm.
