Today, we attended a hearing in federal court on a motion in our federal litigation against RFK Jr and the administration for their arbitrary and capricious actions on vaccines. We and the other plaintiffs asked to court to lift a stay on the case that had been put in place as a result of the federal shutdown. We’re excited to report that the judge did lift the stay noting that this is a case of “national importance.”

We were led in court by our incredible partners in this fight, the attorneys from Epstein, Becker Becker & Green, and joined by Dr. Vandana Madhavan from the Diseases Society Society of America, Dr. Brenda Anders Pring, MD, President of the The Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and Infectious Diseases Physician J. Hunter Fraker. At MPHA we believe the courts must step in to protect the public’s health when federal leadership abandons science. We are fighting to restore public trust and confidence in our vaccine infrastructure and to ensure science-based guidance is restored.
