Deb joined as a recent retiree looking to stay active with meaningful part-time work. She spent 44 years at the same manufacturing company, beginning in finance and customer service before working her way up to inside sales manager. Her passion for helping others started early, as she spent her teenage years working in a nursing home as a kitchen helper and nurse’s aide.
Ali joined the Seniors Helping Seniors team after seeking an opportunity to use her caregiving skills and connect with others. Before joining SHS, she worked as an activities assistant at an assisted living facility in Brookline, where she even met one of our very own caregivers. Prior to starting her caregiving journey, Ali spent nearly 20 years managing merchandising for various rock bands.
Milly joined our team after discovering how much she enjoyed working with older adults during her time at a senior living facility. She spent many years as a customer service professional before transitioning into web content creation, where she managed a website and social media channels, produced ads and videos for brands, and helped promote movies and Broadway shows. Milly has always been active in community-based volunteer work and currently volunteers at her local senior center, where she enjoys leading craft activities.

Pay range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. New caregivers start at $20.00 per hour, with potential increases based on tenure.
