In a world focused on flaws, I want to know, what do you love about your body?!
In case you've ever wondered, as a massage therapist, I am never focused on what you may perceive as flaws; my hands are solely seeking areas of tension to help you release it and relax into your body.
So tell me, what do you love about your body? I'll go first.
I love that I have long thick hair on my head, beautiful eyes, and clear skin. More importantly, though, I love that my skin has good integrity for a healthy immune system, that all of my organs are working well, that my body allows me to do so many things to enjoy life, even with a few minor injuries I am currently rehabbing. While my foot is recovering, going hiking with a friend actually is helping it rehab. While my shoulder is recovering, I can still hug people I love. Even when a few pieces aren't working, so many more are. So, what do you love about your body?
