Tight, over-muscled hamstrings aren’t just a human issue—they can affect your horse too!

✨ Limit movement and overall performance

Keeping these muscle groups balanced and relaxed is key to comfort, mobility, and long-term soundness.

At KK Animal Therapy, we focus on identifying and relieving these problem areas to help your horse move freely and feel their best.

🐴✨ Did you know horses can benefit from salt therapy too?

Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, is a natural and non-invasive way to support your horse’s respiratory health. By exposing horses to microscopic salt particles in a controlled environment, halotherapy may help:

🌬️ Clear airways and reduce mucus
💪 Support immune function
🌿 Ease symptoms of allergies and respiratory conditions
🧘 Promote overall relaxation and wellness

Whether your horse is an athlete, a pasture companion, or somewhere in between, breathing easy is essential for their health and performance.

Curious if halotherapy is right for your horse? Message us today! 🐎💙

Laminitis is an extremely painful condition that can affect any horse, pony, donkey, or mule. It causes severe pain and lameness.

So, what are the signs of laminitis? Common signs include:

👉 Strong/bounding digital pulses felt at the back of the fetlock
👉 Reluctance to walk forward
👉 Difficulty making a tight turn
👉 Excessive heat in the feet
👉 Shifting weight from foot to foot when at rest
👉 Lameness, stiffness, or a short, stilted or pottery walk, especially on hard ground

The earlier you catch laminitis, the better chance your horse has at recovery. Supporting healthy circulation, hoof integrity, and metabolic balance can make a real difference— Elite Total Guard was designed to help support those key areas so your horse stays comfortable and moving freely.

Protect your horse’s health—order Elite Total Guard through us today and support stronger, healthier hooves from the inside out.
