Have you heard of Spring Forest Qigong? This is a health modality that was introduced to me several years ago that I have started practicing once more due to having chronic autouimmune symptoms. My practice has been a slow build and I have seen definite improvement in my health and mindset since resuming SFQ in combination with conventional medicine, fitness routines and working on my diet. Because I have "tested" this method, I am thinking of offering a class to share this low-impact method. I find this more effective than acupuncture and way more accessible because you don't need to rely on an acupuncturist. What’s cool also is that SFQ is “headquartered” right in MN up in Eden Prairie.

Here's a few tidbits --

People practice SFQ for a variety of reasons. Some of the reported or claimed benefits include:

Pain relief (chronic pain, neuropathic pain)

Stress reduction, improved emotional balance

Increased energy, vitality, improved sleep

Enhanced immune function (in a holistic or energetic sense)

Greater clarity, mental calm, and spiritual or emotional healing

Support in chronic conditions or in conjunction with other therapies

Because SFQ is so gentle and low-impact, many people find it tolerable even when dealing with health challenges.

Our eyes see only a tiny sliver of visible light – a narrow band of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet – which bounces off matter, the most stable form of energy.

When we place our attention on what we can perceive in the material world, our brain believes that separation is real. But this is an illusion.

When you take all of your attention, awareness, and energy off the perceivable, 3D physical world and place it beyond space and time, you could connect to pure consciousness as pure consciousness.

And in that realm, there's an infinite number of dimensions, or possibilities, for you to experience as information.

Watch Dr Joe’s latest video blog, “Beyond the Linear: Living a Dimensional Life” to learn more about how to access the realm of information.

Think of your nervous system as an orchestra. Most of the time, it’s a jumble of competing sounds - stress, thoughts, distractions.

When you meditate, the noise fades. The instruments tune to the same key. Suddenly, there’s harmony.

✨ That’s the gift of meditation: bringing your whole being into resonance.
