- FIRST Teacher starts at 12PM, but arrive when you can
- 4 Yoga Teachers
- 4x30-minute mini yoga sessions with each Teacher - stay for one or for all
- We'll finish the practice with a guided meditation and crystal bowls
- 5-min FREE sample chair massages - 1 per person (up to 1 hour total, SPOTS ARE LIMITED)

Start with a 9:30am 75 minute yin/ restorative style yoga class ending in yoga nidra meditation (sleepy pigeon on the schedule)

Break for some complimentary tea, bring a snack, meditate, take a walk, have a chat, take a break..and get ready to further your relaxation in an extended savasana hour long full moon crystal bowl sound bath at 12pm or skip the class and just join us for the soundbath (sign up for each is seperate on the schedule)
