What an incredible weekend! 🌟
It was such a pleasure representing Kneads to Heal at both Sussex Day and the Hot Chili Challenge Race as a community vendor. I had a wonderful time meeting so many new faces, sharing the benefits of massage, and helping participants relax and recover after the race. 💆‍♀️🔥

A special shoutout to my little helper — my 6-year-old son Jax — who proudly wore matching scrubs and helped greet visitors at our tent! 💚
