Fitness group classes & private Pilates sessions available. We also offer private 55 minutes Pilates sessions customized to your personal skill level.

Caya offers multiple group fitness classes in Barre, Yoga, and Pilates at our brand new, clean and modern studio located in South Wantagh. We offer unlimited access to all of our classes for $60 p/mo. When you purchase a monthly unlimited package, you will also receive discounts on private Pilates sessions with our certified Pilates Instructor.
