Dr. Sarin Siriamonthep received her Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Siriamonthep then went on to complete her residency at Bronx Care Health Center with an emphasis on Primary Care and Ocular Disease. She provides comprehensive eye examinations as well as treats ocular emergencies to the pediatric and geriatric population.

She is a published author in the Journal of Optometric Education and has presented posters and lectures at various conferences. Dr. Siriamonthep is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Siriamonthep enjoys giving back to the community and has volunteered in various vision screenings throughout New York City and has been involved with the Special Olympics Lions Club International Opening Eyes program. She has traveled to La Merced, Peru to provide eye examinations as well as Agadir, Morocco to medically help those in need.

Meet Dr. Conley!
Dr. Eric J. Conley graduated with clinical honors distinction from Salus University in 2006. He was selected for Residency in Ocular Disease at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. During his residency, he performed specialized clinical rotations at The Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University Medical Center, Mid-Atlantic Glaucoma Experts and The Retina Care Center. He was honored as the recipient of the National Glaucoma Society Residency Award in 2007.
Following residency, Dr. Conley served as Assistant Professor of Optometry and Director of Continuing Education at the Illinois College of Optometry. During his tenure in Chicago, Dr. Conley also served as the Chief of Ophthalmology, Optometry and Optical Services at Sidney Hillman Health Center and concurrently attended the Loyola University School of Law (Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy), earning a Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) degree in Health Law. With an accompanying background in Electronic Engineering (AssocEET), Dr. Conley previously performed clinical device research as a Research Assistant for Heidelberg Engineering, GmbH (HEP® Perimeter Normative Database) while at the Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago.
In 2012, Dr. Conley was invited to serve as the founding Chief of Ocular Disease at the Worcester Eye & Vision Center (MA) and Assistant Professor of Optometry at MCPHS University where he was instrumental in the developing its clinical curriculum as well as the technological design and functionality of the MCPHS Eye and Vision Center.
Dr. Conley has obtained specialized anterior segment training with Eric Donnenfeld, MD while serving as Clinical Director of TLC Laser Vision in Fairfield (CT) and Associate Consultative Optometrist at Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut.
Dr. Conley was recently an associate at Berke Eye Care, a specialized Glaucoma Surgical practice managing complex and advanced glaucoma patients as well as those with severe ocular disease.
Dr. Conley is the founder of Lavage Dry Eye Center, where he manages complex dry eye patients utilizing the latest technologies and research-based methods.

Meet Dr. Raparia ! Dr. Eva Raparia received her undergraduate degree from Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College and was part of their prestigious 8-year combined BA/MD program with SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She subsequently received her Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Downstate Medical College with a Distinction in Research. During medical school, Dr. Raparia was selected for the Clinical Neurosciences Pathway Honors Program, she also received the Alumni Fund Research Fellowship Award and participated in community outreach vision screenings.

Dr. Raparia completed her ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical School where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Raparia went on to complete her Medical Retina Fellowship at Harvard Medical School Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Raparia has published in multiple peer-reviewed journals, presented at national meetings and has participated in teaching residents and medical students throughout her training.

Dr. Raparia specializes in the medical management and treatment of retinal pathologies such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions. She performs in office procedures, including administering anti-VEGF injections, and retinal laser procedures.

Meet Dr Lask! Dr. Pauline J. Lask, M.D. is an accomplished Ophthalmologist, Ophthalmic Surgeon and Ophthalmic Clinic Director.

Dr. Lask received her undergraduate degree at SUNY Binghamton, where she repeatedly made Dean’s list and graduated Cum Laude. She went on to attend Medical School at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn where she was a member of the prestigious national medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha.

Dr. Lask went on to complete her Residency at Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center where she was awarded the title of Outstanding First Year Resident in Ophthalmology. Subsequently Dr. Lask completed a Fellowship in Cornea Refractive Surgery at Corneal Associates of New Jersey. Dr. Lask is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Lask went on to serve as Residency Program Director for the Department of Ophthalmology at Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center where she taught clinical and surgical skills to dozens of Ophthalmology Residents.
